The team
A father, mother and son. You’ll know everyone working on your home by name.
General Contractor
Kenny evaluates every lot with our clients and designs homes that fit the site: the slope, the views and the light.
Project Manager
Chance is Kenny and Nickie’s son and our project manager, one of the three people you’ll work with directly on your build.
Office Manager
Nickie manages the office side of every build, and she is one of the people you’ll talk with from the start.
Kenny and Nickie are both licensed North Carolina real estate brokers. We help clients find lots with the view or lake frontage they want, and we look at what it will really take to build there before anyone commits.

We appreciated the straight forward dealing with financial matters. The Contractor went to great lengths to make sure what we wanted, was done rather than what might not have been the quickest and easiest solution. The friendliness and professionalism of the Crew on site was very appreciated. The ability of the Contractor and his Crew to deal with unforeseen situations in such a quick and effective fashion was impressive.
